2. What data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide when filling in the reservation request form:

Full name
Email address
Phone or WhatsApp number
Intended check-in and check-out dates
Number of guests
Preferred room type
Any notes you choose to include

We also collect, automatically and anonymously, browsing data (pages visited, time on site, device and browser type) if you accept analytics cookies.

3. How we use your data

Data provided in the form is used exclusively to:

Reply to your reservation request
Contact you about availability and rates
Record your reservation, if confirmed

Browsing data is used to understand how the site is used and to improve the experience.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis (LGPD)

We process your data under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018) on the basis of:

Steps prior to entering into a contract (art. 7, V), when you request a reservation
Consent (art. 7, I), for analytics cookies
Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), for site security and improvement

5. How long we keep it

Reservation request data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, where a stay takes place, for the period required by hospitality and tax legislation. Browsing data is kept for up to 12 months.

6. Who we share it with

Your data may be processed by service providers needed to operate the site (web hosting and email service). These providers have access limited to what is strictly necessary and may not use the data for other purposes.

7. Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may request at any time:

Confirmation that processing takes place
Access to your data
Correction of incomplete or outdated data
Anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data
